Where is Aicura customer data hosted?

Aicura has one hosting region today, in Australia. Application and customer data are in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney), backups are in AWS ap-southeast-4 (Melbourne) in a separate backup account, and AI processing runs on Amazon Bedrock's Australian cross-region inference. Every customer of the hosted service is served from it, wherever the customer is based.

Does AI traffic through our gateway reach Aicura?

No. AI traffic through your gateway stays in your own environment and never reaches Aicura.

Where does Aicura run when bought through a cloud marketplace?

Bought through a cloud marketplace, Aicura runs entirely in your own cloud account, in the region you choose, and no customer data, telemetry or support access reaches Aicura.
