Platform
One AI governance platform, from the first scan to the board report
Aicura is an AI governance platform. It finds the AI your organisation uses, assesses every system and agent, enforces your rules on live traffic and keeps the record that shows it. A tool someone signed up for last week can be followed from discovery to the board's next report, because every area below works off the same register.
How one change reaches every part of the work
Each step reads from the one before it. Once someone accepts a tool that discovery found, it becomes a register entry, gets assessed and appears in the next board report, without anyone copying it from one spreadsheet to another.
- 01Discover
Discovery reads your identity, device, cloud, IT and code sources and lists the AI they report.
- 02Register
Every system and agent gets one entry that keeps every version, with an owner, where it came from and its current status.
- 03Assess
Each system is assessed when it is registered and again when it changes, and the results roll into one set of risks and controls.
- 04Enforce
Your rules for AI use are packaged and signed, and a gateway in your network checks every request against them.
- 05Monitor
Live figures are checked against your limits and targets, and Guardian responds when something goes wrong, as far as you allow.
- 06Oversee
Committees decide, the board report is drafted from the record, and every step is snapshotted in the Evidence Vault.

How Aicura works
- Discovery proposes, a person decides
- Discovery items, AI use requests, alerts and generated documents all wait on an explicit human decision.
- Output is guidance
- Assessments, policies and disclosures are drafts for your judgement. Nothing in Aicura approves or refuses a system.
- Nothing is overwritten
- Register entries, guardrails, budgets, controls, KPI targets, charters and policies keep every published version.
- Enforcement runs in your network
- Gateways, collectors and engines run in your environment. Your AI traffic goes through your gateway, not through Aicura.
- Moving up a plan keeps your work
- Each plan carries everything in the plans before it, so moving up never means rebuilding the register.
Questions
What is an AI governance platform?
An AI governance platform is software that holds the record of the AI an organisation uses and supports the work of governing it. That means finding the AI in use, assessing each system and agent, setting and enforcing rules on how it runs, watching it in production and reporting on all of it. Aicura covers each of those areas off one register.
Does Aicura make governance decisions for us?
No. Aicura drafts, surfaces and enforces what you decide. Discovery proposes and a person decides. Assessments and policies are guidance for your judgement. Deployed guardrails act on live traffic only because your people published and deployed them. Aicura provides guidance, not legal advice, and does not certify your organisation.
Where does enforcement run?
In your own network. A small set of Aicura components, including gateways that sit in front of your AI traffic, runs in your environment and talks to Aicura through one connection point you register. Gateways enforce your rules on AI traffic where it flows, and send back a record of what they did.
Can we start without talking to anyone?
Yes. The Register plan is free and covers the AI register for systems and agents, discovery, forms pre-filled from Aicura's library of known AI products, the audit log and AI system and agent reports. Privacy and Essentials can be bought online too. Pro and Enterprise start with a conversation.
