An AI trust centre for everyone who asks how you use AI

Customers, partners and regulators want to know how you use AI, often in a questionnaire with a deadline attached. Aicura's Trust Centre is a public AI trust centre built from your AI register, so the systems and agents it shows are the ones you run. Publish it on an Aicura subdomain or your own hostname, and send people a link instead of starting from a blank page.

What it shows

The answers people ask for, on one public page

A customer questionnaire, a partner's review or a journalist's enquiry goes faster when the answer starts from a published, current position. The Trust Centre gives you that page, made of the sections you choose.

Choose the sections and the order

The builder lists the sections below. Each one can be shown or hidden, edited and moved up or down.

  • A header with your headline
  • The AI systems you use, drawn from the register
  • The agents you use, drawn from the register
  • Your rights and our commitments
  • The frameworks you align to
  • Published policies
  • Recent updates
  • Custom narrative sections

The systems and agents sections can each be ordered too, so the ones people ask about most come first.

Built from the register

A page that stays current without rewriting

A trust page written once goes out of date the first time a team adds a tool. The Trust Centre draws on what is already in Aicura, so it says what your register says.

Live sections refresh each time you publish

The AI systems and agents sections come from your AI register. When the register changes, the next publish picks it up.

Preview the draft to see the page as readers will, then publish to replace the live page.

Every version kept

Every published version kept

Past versions keep their original look

Each publish records a new version. Branding is frozen at publish time, so a version from last year still looks the way it did when it was live, even after a rebrand.

Each publish is also snapped in the Evidence Vault, where Aicura keeps dated copies of the moments that matter for governance. If someone later asks what your page said at the time, the answer is there.

Questions

What is an AI trust centre?

An AI trust centre, often spelt trust center, is a public page where an organisation explains how it uses AI. It usually lists the AI systems and agents in use, the commitments made to the people affected, the frameworks the organisation aligns to and its published policies. Customers, partners and regulators read it instead of waiting for answers to a questionnaire.

What should an AI trust centre include?

Most include the AI systems and agents in use, what people can expect and what rights they have, the frameworks followed, published AI policies and recent changes. In Aicura's Trust Centre each of those is a section you can show, hide, edit and reorder, and you can add your own narrative sections.

How do we keep our AI trust centre up to date?

In Aicura the systems and agents sections are drawn from your AI register, so they refresh each time you publish. When the register changes, the next publish reflects it, without anyone rewriting the page.

Can we host the trust centre on our own domain?

Yes. The Trust Centre is served either on an Aicura subdomain or on your own hostname, set in Settings. The page carries your own display name, logo, colours, font and footer.

Can we show what our trust centre said at an earlier date?

Yes. Every publish keeps its version with the branding it had at the time, so a past version looks the way it did when it was live. Each publish is also snapped in Aicura's Evidence Vault, a dated copy that shows what the page said and when.

Does publishing a trust centre certify our use of AI?

No. A trust centre sets out your own position on your AI use, drawn from your own register and policies. Aicura provides support and guidance, not certification, audit or legal advice, and readers draw their own conclusions.
