About

Software that supports the people governing AI.

Aicura is an AI governance platform. It finds the AI an organisation runs, assesses every system and agent, enforces the organisation's rules on live traffic and reports on all of it. It started in Melbourne, Australia.

The company

Aicura Pty Ltd. is an Australian proprietary limited company, registered on 1 April 2026 and based in Melbourne, Victoria. The product is built and maintained by Aicura, with channel partners and selected implementation partners covering the organisations that need a sales or services relationship rather than self-serve software.

What we do, in plain terms

We build software that supports the people doing AI governance work inside organisations. It discovers the AI already in use, keeps a register of every system and agent, runs risk and impact assessments, turns the organisation's decisions into guardrails enforced on live AI traffic, watches what happens in production and records the work as it happens. The people who own the work review, edit and accept everything along the way.

We don't do compliance for anyone. We don't certify anything. We don't give legal advice. We make the working parts of the job faster without taking the judgement out of it.

What we believe

Plain tools work better than confident ones. A lot of governance software overclaims, with compliance scores, certification-grade dashboards and "automated compliance" that isn't automated. We refuse to build any of that. It misleads the buyer, and the people we build for can spot the difference.

Humans are part of the system. Every AI-generated output in Aicura has a review step. The review isn't a polite formality. It's the place where the thing becomes correct. We design the product on the assumption that the AI drafts and the people decide.

Governance has to reach the running system. A policy nobody enforces and a register nobody reconciles are paperwork. Aicura carries each decision from the system it concerns to the rule that enforces it and the record that shows it happened.

Scott spent three and a half years at McKinsey & Company, working across QuantumBlack (McKinsey's AI arm) and McKinsey Technology with clients in defence, government, banking, energy and education.
