AI training tracking that shows who is current

Aicura's AI training tracking shows who has completed the training your organisation requires, from your own records or your learning system, and tells you when someone falls out of date. When someone asks whether the people using a new AI tool were trained first, you can show who completed the course, when, and when it expires.

Training

Know who is trained, and who is not

An acceptable use policy that requires training is only as good as the record behind it. Aicura holds the courses your people are put on and works out where each person stands from what has actually been recorded.

Courses, by hand or from your learning system

A course is either your own, run in Aicura, or one your learning system reports. Each shows how many people are assigned, completed and overdue, how long a completion stays valid and when the learning system last reported.

  • Manual courses. Add people, record completions and let the expiry follow from how many days the course stays valid.
  • Learning system courses. Your learning system sends records to a collector, a small Aicura component you run inside your own network, which passes them on to Aicura. You see them in Aicura and change them in the learning system.
  • Sending twice does no harm. Records carry the learning system's own ids, so a record sent again restates what is there rather than adding to it.

See who is current, overdue or expired

Each person's standing is worked out from the record every time, never stored, and reads Completed, Expired, Overdue, Assigned or Withdrawn. A course is retired rather than deleted, so its history stays readable.

Every completion, entered by hand or reported, is captured as its own snapshot in the Evidence Vault, a point-in-time copy with the due, completed and expiry dates and who recorded it.

Get told when training lapses

Aicura watches each course the way it watches traffic or spend on an AI system. It tracks two figures for every course. Training cadence is the number of days since the first person assigned fell out of date, and training completion share is the share of people holding a completion that has not expired. You can set a KPI target or an alert limit on either.

Guardian, which responds when something needs attention, watches courses too. It raises Training stale when someone is past due or holds an expired completion, and Training escalated thirty days after that. By default it only tells you.

Sign-off

Formal sign-off where the work happens

An attestation is a person's signed sign-off. It is recorded where the work is, against an AI system in the register, a change to its status, a risk assessment, the published risks and controls set or a decided alert. Signers are set up in advance with their public keys, including post-quantum ML-DSA-65 keys, and Aicura checks each signature against them. Private keys stay with the signer.

Questions

Does Aicura replace our learning system?

No. Courses can be run by hand in Aicura or reported by the learning system you already use. Your learning system, or an export job standing in for it, sends training records to a collector, a small Aicura component you run inside your own network. Aicura opens no inbound webhook and holds no learning-system credential.

Do the people on a course need an Aicura login?

No. A person on a course is a name and an email, not an Aicura user. Whether they are current is worked out from the record each time, as Completed, Expired, Overdue, Assigned or Withdrawn, so it never goes stale in a field somewhere.

How do we know when AI training has lapsed?

Aicura tracks two figures for every course. Training cadence counts the days since the first person assigned fell out of date, and training completion share is the share of people holding a completion that has not expired. Guardian, Aicura's automatic response to problems, raises Training stale when someone is past due or expired, and Training escalated thirty days after that.

Can we prove a person completed training on a given date?

Yes. Every completion, entered by hand or reported by your learning system, is captured as a dated snapshot in the Evidence Vault with the due, completed and expiry dates and who recorded it, so the answer is ready when someone asks.
